Enemy planes


Lots of work has gone into performance on the device so it's able to  maintain the 50-48 fps. This is mostly through pooling what is on screen and not code optimization which will be done later if needed. There is a pause on level loading but I think the 1-2 seconds is worth it. Other small changes include the players shadow interacting correctly with terrain, enemy planes, camera tracking the player and different bomb mechanics.
